8020 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using 8020's services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering or using any part of the 8020 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 8020 as the platform operator.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
The 8020 platform may only be used by individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and are located in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under local law.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 8020 services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 8020 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. All activity carried out under your account remains your responsibility unless a security breach is reported within a reasonable timeframe.
8020 reserves the right to verify a user's identity through a document verification process before processing any withdrawal or resolving any account-related dispute.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 8020 platform solely for lawful purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorised technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Providing false personal information or impersonating another individual during registration or platform use.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Distributing harmful, seditious, or unlawful content through this platform.
- Taking any action that could compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the 8020 platform.
8020 reserves the right to take immediate action — including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding balances, and reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities — without prior notice.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 8020 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the payment methods supported by the platform and are subject to minimum and maximum limits that may be updated from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them. 8020 is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. 8020 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review, compliance, or identity verification purposes. Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment service providers are the user's responsibility.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the respective bonus terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without first meeting the stipulated conditions.

8020 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 8020 makes no warranties regarding its continuous, uninterrupted availability.
